Have you downloaded the maps from gamebanana and have you put them in the right folder afterwards? You'll need to do that to load the map via console. If you're looking for an IP for a server, then there's another discussion for that. Copy one of those IPs, and use the console command "connect (IP here)", without quotation marks and without brackets.

Every time I try to open gamebanana the antivirus blocks me, because it has lots of virus reports.

You guys aren't being that helpful
