My stats are as follows:
Bow of Double Shot has slower drawback, but less of a projectile drop. It should fire 2 projectiles.
Melf's Magic Potion has slows target by 55% for 7 seconds, with 4 seconds of bleed. Recharge time should be 25 seconds.

The potoin should have one or the other since having both slow and bleed is so over powered. Or maybe have two styles and each has one of the two debuffes.

But Valve being valve will do none
