When stacking mods make sure the mods you are stacking it with are stack friendly, if they overhaul core items like engrams and items that this or other mods need, you won't be able to learn them properly =[ This is not a flaw with this mod as we don't overrite any files and only add new items =]

First thing that you need to do when you want to run multiple mods is run them all in singleplayer first, this makes sure to fully unpack and download everything, subscribing seems to only download the manifest and waits till you run them to install them, then upload the mods in your mods folder to the server ShooterGame\Content\Mods\

If you're trying to stack mods and the engram isn't researchable you've wrote your command line wrong.

He said his commandline is

/Game/Maps/TheIslandSubMaps/TheIsland?listen?GameModIds=479295136,(ModIdhere),(ModIdHere)

That (The first ID is Aku Shima, works like a charm) ModId are other mods you want to have with it, atm it's only 3 that are allowed ( I believe anymore crashes ) Then go to activemods and do your thing there under server settings then run your server :)

Dino overhaul mods work quite well with most other stackable mods, because they only change Dinosaurs =]

Item overhaul mods will often have issues because dependencies are removed from the game, be careful. Remap mods will often cause issues with stacking be careful.

Item lists don't stack currently and this will only be an issue for using the cheat commands, as all items will still be in the engrams list if done correctly, and every update of Ark you will still be able to place all structures and learn all engrams even when not in the Master Item List =]
