If you don't know the command prompt then either google or type @give *Luck-ee*/xxx
* * = Your Unturned charcters name
Now please, stop spamming comments with "How do I spawn it". If it still doesn't work then idk what's up with your game
Vehicles would be @vehicle *Luck-ee*/xxx

with 3.1.0.0, there were some item codes added, therefore, the mod needs to be rebundled so the code can work
