Supposedly there exists a fixed version (ie: enemies cannot enter spawn) of this map as referenced by the original creator in the below old forum post

However none of the download links are valid anymore and the forum is kinda dead. Maybe if someone can track the author or any member of the servers forum in the steam group below maybe one of them still has a copy of the fixed version or a valid download link?
