Minor Issues.
*Warrior--- No Tiered Bonuses. Still works however.
*Work on skill balance some skills maybe OP.

As I receive reports and find bugs I will add them to list.

Note some missing skills maybe due to a conflict with layering mods. So if you use general passive post reports on missing skills on general passive mod page. It is a known issue that pops up from time to time.
