Suggestion: Combine page last soldier on death using the Prison Soldier voice.
Could you possibly make it so that every time the last Combine Soldier dies (Elite, Regular, Nova Prospekt) The Prison voice comes over and pages said soldier? I think it would be cool/and-or realistic as this is how it is in the Nova Prospekt chapter in Half Life 2.

An example name of the prison soldier voice is here: root\sound\npc\combine_soldier\vo\prison_soldier_bunker3.wav (got this using GCFscape)

it means that they call them over the radio to check if they are all right or to confirm their death

also a link to an example video, note it starts near the end of the video. Just watch from there-on: https://youtu.be/7lMP4fChWNs?t=28m25s You hear 2 different Prison Soldier voice examples, and the voice is MUCH deeper than the regular combines.

That was just an example sound, there are tons of them. Also, pretty sure if he does add this he could add some type of console command to enable/disable it.
