ligheten your textures and try again is what i would try
Please refrain from posting advice if you don't know what you're talking about.
ENB=post-processing mod to make things look prettier. This is the name of a series of mods for Skyrim that alters the post-processing in the game and makes things render with more detail/better lighting.
Your graphics memory would, at the very most, cause a drop in framerates if what the game has to load exceeds the maximum memory of your graphics card. At worst, the game will ctd because the card and your motherboard lack the memory to process that much content trying to load. Therefore, higher texture resolution=/=a mod not loading. The only possible conclusions are either a) the files aren't able to load properly and the mod won't work until a fix is made, or b) the author hasn't uploaded it/removed the mod and forgot to remove the workshop/nexus page.
Yeah memory isn't the issue here. I'm tempted to open the mod up in creation kit and see what's happening. But tbh, I think I am done with Skyrim now.
Are you looking for it at the main gate? Because the mod is place north of the city, facing the river. Don't ask me why the mod developer chose to place it there. On the upside, it gives that area a bit of a face-lift. Only issue is that it leaves the south area looking rather bare when the developer could have put maybe a handful of houses in that area and called it a day. I got the mod to work, so my only suggestion is do a manual install from the nexus site or contact the mod developer directly.
