Open the Chat Menu (trumpet icon in the top right) and then select Everyone. It is important that you do this or the message may not go to ResonanceBot. Then simply type 205 into the message bar and press Enter. It should respond to all commands after the first 2 minutes has passed.

You also have to go to the Game Options and Enable Audio Taunts for commands to work.
