报告翻译问题
Reproduce 100%: Toggle no collision, works fine, then toggle back to collision and zones won't appear until game restart.
Awesome mod, but unplayable for me with this bug.

Output_log is 840K, so it won't fit in a free pastebin - I'll find a way to post it shortly.

Here is what I mean.[imgur.com]
The first image shows how European buidlings grow with no mods.
The second image is how they grow with this mod and the European Building unlocker on.
Notice the building with the blue roof in the second image. It is only 2 tiles deep and never "grows" itself a car park or backyard to extend the size of the building. In the first image the blue roof buildings get a car park in order to extend their size to properly fit the zone.
I think this is a problem with Building Themes and not the Unlocker because I used the unlocker before and this didn't happen.

it shows this on startup and when i try to load/create a city, the screen goes black and the rotating loading icon keeps spinning and doesn't slow down and the progress bar for the loading doesn't move
