by replacement do you mean theres another mod that does the same thing as this? cause if so i NEED it, i cant open the theme manager

You're not. Building Themes works perfectly fine for me. Maybe it only breaks with certain mod combinations or upon purchasing the newer DLCs?

have you tried building your pedestrian area buildings and noticed how it doesnt fill in all the gaps with this mod installed? it was broken for green cities too. but that got fixed eventually after the p&p dlc released i dont get why they dont add the new ped buildings support to the mod. why fix one but not the other one.
