The "Modern City Center" Style from the Content Creator Pack DLC isn't showing up in my Themes list. Found lots of comments here and elsewhere that this seems to be an incompability with this Building Themes mod. But didnt see anyone posting a solution.

Is there a solution or workaround by now? Or will there be a patch in the (near) future? Working on a city right now and already have some of the custom themes from the workshop but would also like to use the modern city center.
