15+ more damage

10% Faster Fire Speed
5% Slower Reload Speed
28+more bullets resistance and 5%more faster firing resistance
For every 25% ubercharge filled, firing speed is increased by 5% (maybe 6% if 5 is to low)
- 20% to damage
+20% fire rate
+ 20% damage
-20% Firerate
-30% Syringe arc
For every 20% Uber, the syringes travel 30% faster.
