I am a bit lazy for now, once I finished the coding, most of the leader, army and navy names would be random (without exact equilvalents) and the culture one is just a copied Ruman (AHOW Rumas) culture I did while coding before I did Talin, however I'll be revising that and make a polished one once I have free time.
