There's a bunch, 2 in UK that're always there(afaik), then some from main quest and then there's some all around the world, but the spawn/movement/recruitment method is silly so it can be pretty hard to catch them(eg in japan, dude joins you after you do the dueling thing, so it's not always traditional recruitment via tavern or w/e)

yea i got 1 from japan almost got second 1 but... ;c i need more troops hahaa
