You should make a PPSH 41 themed shotgun or whatever secondary weapon. Heavy is woefully lacking in secondaries. He has 2 shotguns which perform the same basic role, two lunchboxes which perform the same basic role albeit with varying efficiency and the steak sandvich to go berserk with. (I don't count the panic attack as it isn't a weapon, it's a vaguely shotgun shaped turd)
