Bug/Exploit reports \o/

First off, I noticed you could get up here ( http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/439447553854937794/1A7A2B8BCFB46A86D926715CEF65AB31211A5706/ ) in the BLU side of the base, but not on the RED side. The laser's there simply to show where a sentry could be placed to abuse this. Not shown is a teleporter which could be abused as well. I assume you're not supposed to be up here since the beams (also sort of shown) lacks a top side texture.
