Please consider the following:

1. Do not auto start the game. We have the same people joining, not able to connect, rejoining, etc. We should have time to kick them and get the game filled with people who are are able to play.

2. Once the game starts sometimes someone hasn't picked. They are no longer allowed to pick. They should still be given the option to pick a hero.

3. Check the hosts "ignore list". If someone is on the list ban them from joining the game. This helps to eliminate persistent offenders who are trolling.
