I'm looking for the download too. I'm actually learning c++ and I was thinking about recreating this game until I stumbled across this workshop. I still may recreate it but it won't be this flashy.

When I click on the link to download the emulator, it tries to take me to groundtactics.com but gives me error 526 Invalid SSL certificate and states there's a host error. Can anybody put the emulator up in dropbox or google drive?

@Adrian1986: Did that fix your problem too? Did you manage to get everything you were looking for? If not drop me some more details and I'll see what I can come up with.

For as long as this emu's been out there and sitting relatively stagnant, I'd still like to stay on top of things because lately I've been working on some code changes. I've fixed a few bugs shown to me by one steam member and made some major changes to the multilingual features at the request of another who happens to be working on a french translation.

the site the notecard sends you to mee.pe leads to a login page. Is this a mistake, or is there login/password we need?

So, I've tried to open www.groundtactics.com in order to get emulator. However, I only get connection timed out. And tried it out with vpn and no result in this try too.

I've checked from two different ISPs and a VPN and can reach the site from all paths so I'm honestly not sure what's wrong. I'm thinking my ISP is filtering certain types of traffic or traffic from certain regions.

Try again in about an hour. I reconfigured the site to sit behind a CDN. You may have an easier time reaching it through there.
