Out of curiosity, is there a link to the download of this map or does the person not want people to download it

Hi , you must be new to the workshop.
just subscribe to a Item that you like and you will download it.

If you want to create a Server (Plus Symbol in the TF2 main menu) :
the map is in: steamapps/workshop/content/440/[some number]/koth_suijin.bsp

you must move it to the tf/maps folder to use it

Hi yea, thankyou but I knew everything except the thing of the subscribe thing. I subscribed to it but it didn't download at all.

hello, i got an other problem. my workshop folder in tf/maps, but i dont have the map in it (i did subscribe)

the workshop folder needs to stay in /steamapps. just drag the file named koth_suijin.bsp in to tf/maps

the console is just a more, in depth, overlay of all tf2 commands. so it works either way.
or maybe i just don't get your question
