By their logic, cp_steel is also too complicated, since you can win the game without even capping A, B, C, or D. And the more you cap the longer it takes to cap E.
It was the bomb, They where just chugging at this map then Valve got mad and said "OMG A EASY MAP TO FOLLOW ITS TO COMPLEX FOR NEW PLAYERS! Now Cp_steel thats an easy map."
TF2 is my favorite game
TF2 is dead
Valve let me down
Until a new update fixes TF2 (competitive update) or (Spy VS Engi) The community will die.
Take it from a guy who has been on TF2 for the last 3-4 years and has HATS
WE DON'T NEED OR WANT HATS
I WILL BUY WEAPONS IF YOU ADD THEM VALVE
ADD SOMETHING GABEN LET TF2 Thrive...
I haven't seen that ever in my life.
Presumably Valve will be reading this thread and I'd like to suggest that they at least give it a chance to improve. We could have had cp_snowplow as a beta map, or an indication that we may one day see it. Doing nothing but just indirectly telling the community it is "too confusing" is in my opinion very bad pr.
Bit late but, you don't leave a game because of 1 map. Also, by your logic, players wouldn't want to pay for items. So they would lose money no matter what.
