Legendary items
I've been playing this mod for a while now and it is great. wonderful addition to a great game. well done. But im having significant trouble finding legendary or "special" items. One time near the start of the game I ran into an arms merchant in reyvadin that had a legendary 2h sowrd. needless to say, there was no way in hell i could afford it. now I can and i want it, but i havn't seen a legendary in any shop anywhere since. I have made several round trips of the world going from town to town, trying to prioritize richer towns just in case that mattered, but still nothing. Is there anything that affects how you find legendaries? Is it just random? Do they only pop up once ever or something?

The legendary items have anywhere between a 1% and 10% chance of spawning in merchants, some are only accessible via hidden chests in towns.

hidden chests in towns O.o you say hidden. how hidden? do they look like chests?

Thanks for the Info Arcanus ^^ but i didn´t found any popup screen which means, that i could open or pickup something o.O So the question of pfccross99 is a good question ^^ for what we have to watch out ?

They are physical chests hidden in 3 towns. :D

I just looked up on the wiki how to find the samurai stuff and it says you have to cheat for most of it... Idk if they are wrong or not. Do we need to cheat to find yours? Im assuming not.

EDIT* - Ok i just looked for myself and they really arent that hard to find once you know what you are looking for. I dont know why the wiki was talking about using the cheat menu... Found the legendary spear. wicked sick.

It talks about using cheats because the chests got removed in a patch and have to be replaced via the map editor, I already did this though so you wont need to cheat or anything ;D

how do you get the bow i really want it i finally got alot of money and i cant find it and i looked and found the 3 chests but no bow
