No. Its a sten gun, a replacement skin for the stock SMG.

It's an MP18/Sten, used in Ww2 and Ww1. If permitted by our superior Valve, it would be marked SMG, and placed in the secondary slot for sniper. Yet again, it probably wouldn't be accepted, however i do love it.
