Personal Stats.
I feel like this is a set for a medic that does damage by doing damage.

The melee weapon should be a reskin of the ubersaw, stealing 25% uber on hit, and at 100%, stunnin the enemy on hit, and doing shock damage to it, or permantly disabling a teleporter,dispencer, or sentry.

The Medigun should be like this.

-80 healing rate on teammates.
Melee attacks against healed target are shocked, and mini stunned.
10+ movementspeed
Does not work in water.
Uber speeds up target, either causing the enemy to lose controll, and take lots of damage, or speed up the teammate, and give them mini crts. (or shock damage on hit.)

i say its a medi-gun but not at the same time
alt fire-
deal damage to an enemy in range
-20% heal rate
+20% damage rate
