If i remember correctly it is able to call for off map artillery like the radio man is able to do but haven't tried it in a while sop don't remember how to do it.

Just as it was stated above, they have a arty call in in their tab where MGs and other misc weaponry tend to go, quite a powerful on if I am not mistaken, altough the tank itself tends to be kind of useless (Like having only a Pz III Command Tank in late war setting as Germany)
