For those who think that Valve selects item stats from here:
They don't, THEY DO THEMSELVES THE STATS!

stupid kids:
stats:
+420% damage to robots
-69 damage taken on player
+2000 health
noclip activates if you press alt fire
if you hit a player with this item on a non-mvm map it will change the server to one
everytime you hit anything you gain crits for 1 hour and the regular medi gun uber for 3 hours
