Probably not they are both overhaul mods.

Only part 2 and 3 would work with radious as they are textures and models, nothing to do with stats

I'm using both at present and the combat does seem to have changed. You need to make sure that FotE loads before Radious.

Why would would you ? Radious mods have no concept it is just a merge of every idea out there. And complety takes away from the Historical vaule of the game
