Yeah it's a big .zip file on Google Drive so you might get a warning that it's too big to be scanned, but it's safe. You can scan it like Shiishii did with VirusTotal or your preferred antivirus software before opening if you're nervous.
If it’s above 8k it’s definitely not correct, and sounds like Hammer isn’t reading in the map file correctly for you. What version of the source SDK are you using? The original was built with the HL2 SDK, not with Gmod’s.
Can i use and edit this map in my future S&Box server by crediting you ?

For example, you CAN name it “gm_aftermath_aylans_server”.
You CANNOT name it “gm_aftermath_v3”, “gm_aftermath_s&box”, or anything official sounding.

Its only loading in 30% of the map and the rest is just gone, but in hammer everything is fine.
