Guards are MENT TO go in to the Metalshop area but they dont do it much on center perks ik they did it when i was at 0% heat just to make sure ur there so thats a thing they go to the entrance of the room then leave.

1. A bug I found was if you tried to cut the fence in the front of NORMAL center perks you wouldn't be shot, In this Version You do
2. An Idea I have for is that you should make an Upside Down Alcatraz if you have the Newly released Dlc because I'm sure many people would like it

@CDAGaming Alcatraz uses a UNOBTAINABLE Tile set for the editor he can only do that with hacks
