Achievements are present on all of Midnight's levels. They are indicated by a ding noise followed by a text with the format "Achievement Unlocked: <achievement name>". The post-game report at the end of a level displays which achievements are obtainable in the level, and which achievements you have or have not gotten. To not spoil the fun, I will not reveal how to get them until one discovers it. Happy hunting!

List of achievements, by level:

1) Get Rekt - Find the hidden studio.

To get this achievement, head to the elevator shaft on the tenth floor and look down. There should be a half-opened door several metres down. Drop down on the edge of the door and crouch to get in the studio.

2) Ivory's Irony - Discover the madrigal.

After dropping to the bottom of the elevator shaft, look left to find a steel roll up door. Stand close to it and wait for a few seconds. If done right, you will first hear a knock after a few seconds, followed by the madrigal.

3) Never Gonna Give It Up - Cherish the radio.

Bring the radio through the exit door.

4) Black Eye - But skulls have no eyes.
