I would just recommend making the eyebrows more visible, and make his mouth just a tiny bit wider :) otherwise, the model isn't half bad.

Try this: Download GIMP or Photoshop, then download the corresponding VTF plugins for each one fo them. Then locate the GMA file in your Addons folder, extract it with the GWTool or something else, open the hair texture with GIMP and just colour it to pink
