So, after days of trying to figure out how it works, i finally found out
It's good if the owner of this addon doesn't close this discussion so other people can see

How to use it:
If You don't have any problems, when picking a laser, or a sight that has a laser on it, simply hold the key that is assigned to.
Aka when picking a sight on CW 2.0 the hotkey assigned to is 1, simply just hold 1 and it should change it.
