Im having the same issue

Hard to find it, some friends helped me out by throwing the file on TS. the best way i could find was to download the torrent link to 3.0.3 and using utorrent to open it, i think the epoch website has a link for it somewhere aswell but it wouldnt download for me

Try unsubscribing the mod from the Steam Workshop, then re-subscribing. It should re-download the mod. If that doesn't help, then go for the manual method:

You should be able to find the latest and older versions of the mod at their home site:
http://epochmod.com

Be sure the select the CLIENT downloads. Hope that helps!

Ok, so anybody having this problem here is what you do (it fixed it for me):

1st. Uninstall what you have installed (unsubscribe from the workshop since its 3.0.4 we want 3.0.3)

2nd. Go to this web address: http://rr.whocaresabout.de/epoch/Epoch_Client_0.3.0.3.zip
(go ahead scan it if you dont trust me)

3rd. If you dont have utorent or winrar go download those according to operating system (if its 64 bit or 32 bit)

4th. Unpack the downloaded file (should be in downloads folder) and move it to the following folder --- C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Arma 3

5th. Now that @Epoch folder is in your arma 3 folder launch the Arma 3 Launcher.

6th. Go to the Mods tab, it should say "Epoch Mod 0.3.0.3" -- Good, you've got it!

7th. Launch Arma 3, go to multiplayer- pick an epoch server running 0.3.0.3 that is right for you. Hit join!

8th. Bask in the glory that is Epoch Mod for Arma 3.

Just unsubscribing from workshop and reinstalling works too for me...

Unsubscribing and resubscribing from the epoch workshop worked for me. Give that a try...

Unsubscribing and resubscribing did NOT work for me.. im still having the same issue.. trying to go back to 0.3.0.3
