Are there any good roleplay Epoch servers?

Because every server I go on there is just KOS and snipers who sit up on hills and just kill for the hell of it. I can't even get out of spawn areas because the moment I do I get gunned down. I was hoping there would be RP servers, because I want to actually experience this mod, right now it just feels like wasteland with zombies and cooler looting. That is all I've experienced so far after playing for a couple hours. I'm sure its fun for the clans that have the military bases walled off and attack/transport helicopters and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of ammo and guns, but it is not very enjoyable playing as the person that is getting sniped every 2 minutes.

Seriously, if you're 800 meters out with a 12.7mm Lynx in a full DLC Ghillie suit and I got a Rook with 3 rounds and no clothes, who really poses the greater threat here? They are just killing for the fun, if it isn't for self defence, and they're not looting my body (which doesn't really have anything in the first place), then you're just wasting a bullet. What is the point in killing new-spawns?

So to sum it up does anyone know of any RP servers that you can actually experience the mod, and not just have a constant KOS deathmatch. I'm not raging I just want to know if there is a good roleplay server already made or coming. Thanks.
