Is it possible?

I have all mods I need enabled, also I wrote classnames of the vehicles to the allowed vehicles list, and pricing tables, but cars doesnt want to appear, and traders aint offering them. All mods are loaded by server and client. Does anybody knows a proper way to add vehicles and guns from workshop to the server?
