NPC weapon drop list
So iv noticed that certain npc's drop certain weaponary on rare occasions, Id like to make a list on which weapons drop from what
So far iv compiled that...

Heatwave drops from combines
Ember drops from metro-police
Sapphire drops from zombies
Fenris drops from Common antlions

Update - 11/29/2015
Panademic drops from Common antlions/Heavy Antlions

It's nice to see, how you guys get into the details of this addon.
(I'd like to thank you at this point)

Common antlions (antlions, workers and grubs):
Fenris
???

Heavy antlions (antlion guards)

???

combine infantery (combine soldiers, shotgunners and elites)
Heatwave

???

Combine sniper:
???

Minor Combine and civil protection (Metrocops and stalker)
Ember

Xenians (Vortigaunts)
???

Zombies (all kinds of zombies, excluding headcrabs)
Sapphire

As of the next update, there will also be new weapon drops:

after killing a whole lot of nps i know that pandemic drops from antlions antlion guards drop pandemic and grinder rifle combine soldiers drop phoenix rifle seraphim shotgun hellfire smg snipers drop pulsar rifle hunters drop hornet rifle vortigaunts drop the neutrino cannon
