Cant open cell
The Pull Chain in Welcome to Falskaar isn't working for me. We just sit in the room with Maecius not doing anything.

To fix this: open the command console, type in it(without quotations) "Prid 011725a7" press enter
then type in "moveto player" press enter. He will teleport to you and you can continue the quest.

I have a big bum so it gets in the way maybe you have the same problem

I tried your fix Holy Spaghetti but it kept telling me the object couldn't be found.

The chain cannot be used intentionally. Olvir should run into the cave and both use the pullchain, then open the main courtyard gate for you.
