Create a "Custom Maps" folder in the "The Escapists" file.
Find it in your steam commons folder. Steam>Steamapps>Common>The Escapists.
Then subscribe to the map. It should download.

You go into your computer's documents and then you open the folder name "The Escapists" and in that file you create a file called "Custom Maps" (Dont include the ") its also case sensitive so make sure the first letters of both words are capitalized, And then all you do is resubscribe.

you have to re open up your escapists a few times and it will work

It says that I have this map in my Custom Maps folder, but how do I play it from there?

just go into your escapists and click on the steam button

When i download it i did not need to make a differnt file called custom maps i just subbed restarted my stream and the map was there. ?
