No such movie by that name exists. The taunt is a direct reference to the the classic Three Amigos comedy. You can see its trailer by clicking here.

Anyway, the taunt should definitely be as an all-class single-use taunt because it's a bit odd to have a taunt limited to only three specific classes. Taunts should be either all-class or specific for one class only, like it is with the existing taunts.
Also, I don't think this taunt would really work as a partner taunt.
