Serverside convars
I feel that there should definately be some serverside configuration convars for multiplayer servers. A very important one would be to disable adrenaline since it literally slows down the entire server while active. Another nice one would be to enable/disable the acceleration when you start moving.

Can we get one to toggle the acceleration when you start moving too? That'd be awesome.
