TLDR: Accessing Virtual Arsenal from Zeus remote controlled unit locks the horizontal axis of the player camera every time the player tries to access the virtual arsenal. Loading a save before this happened fixes the issue.

While playing Old Man scenario I have accessed Zeus mode to spawn a Syndikat specialist and to remote control him to blow up an enemy vehicle. I wanted to change his RPG for a Titan launcher but it just quickly opened and closed virtual arsenal at my player character.
Since then accessing the virtual arsenal locks the horizontal axis of the player character and the only solution known to me is to load a save before I accessed virtual arsenal from Zeus mode.
