Great mod so far ! I've enjoyed it a lot and the new toggle button comes very handy :)
I just thought it would be great to save the panel position, panel visibility, and the toggle button position between games.

The main reason is that the button currently overlapse buttons from other mods (for instance, Extended Public Transport UI) so every time we reload our saves we need to move the City Vitals Watch button.
