This flak shield should be for demo only, doesnt fit medic's style of white/teamcoloured coats, spy wears suits and robes, scout wears jackets and shirts.
It definately doesnt fit anyone but demo, heavy is too big for this item to look right

Only Demoman already has torso misc items similar to flack jackets and flack jacket-like armor.
Medic has an armor misc item, but it's not similar enough to a flack jacket.
Demoman would be the most obvious and reasonable choice for a misc like this.

Well this cosmetic is based off the bulletproof vests worn by the security guards in Half Life, not a flak jacket, although likely modified to fit that style.

Would probably fit Soldlier and Heavy/

personly i would like it for all classes

the reason why is because well the freemans firend is almost all class and the crome carnium and the id is, so why not finish the look

Sorry, but a massive bullet proof vest would not fit on the Scout, Spy, Medic, Sniper, Engineer, or Pyro.

It doesn't matter. Those classes just don't look right with a bulky vest attached to them. Scout wears shirts, Spy wears suits. It just doesn't fit their style.
