Can there be a item set bonus?
If you ask me the answer is yes. If it does get a bonus then what would it be? Add your stats in the comments.
Stats:
25% resistance to all incoming damage
10% slower speed if worn

It's an item set bonus.. BUT you could get stats from that in early tf2
however im going to say, Special Effects when taunting
[Headcrabs circle the player]

If you wear The Chrome Cranium and The Bullet Barrier you should get:

+ 15% bullet resistance
+ 5% blast resistance
- 10% slower speed

Actual item set bonuses don't exist anymore. But you can have a 40% chance to tell Freeman he's running late.
