I could swear this was explained somewhere but I also can't find it. It was probably on the discussion where this feature was introduced. So, sorry about that.

Currently, it only prioritizes bus lanes for buses and vehicles in emergency.
It was supposed to be the option where I would introduce all AI changes but it will be replaced in the next version with all the individual changes made to AI so that people can use what they want.

I've been really busy and haven't made much progress lately so it's going to be a little while longer. I'd rather not set a date.
