If I disable passenger cars on a lane, then rehearses will not use that lane as well. I disabled passenger vehicles on my leftmost lanes (left-sided traffic), and suddenly had a big problem of death care. When I investigated the problem, I noticed that it was because of the lane restriction, which rehearses also obeyed for some reason, even though they have their own toggle in there.
