Download and then set up spawns in spawns tab. It would require your players to have that mod in order to play without problems.

If your players have it they can see it only. but if you spawned them in via the @give (name)/id/quantity and dropped them or placed them in crates people could potentially find it.... could cause problems for players without the mod... (in the welcoming description @welcome (text) you could say that players should download the mod for full functionallity on the server... ) id love your server if so... what is it called? PEI or Canada?

Dooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood just have everyone download the mod and if you are makeing a map then put these spawns in your map then upload your map to your server.

That does not work, that adds spawn point to the map not to the server. If you want to add this to a server you have to find where steam downloads the files to (just do a search for them) then copy the folders to Unturned\Bundles\Items\guns.
