Spy's Slump
When the taunt doesn't kill him, I don't think he should slump the way he currently does. It looks kind of clunky and a bit out of character. Instead, I think he should shrug and then put the revolver away. I mean, this is obviously a man who doesn't fear death.

Keep in mind the taunt isn't him commiting suicide, it's him playing Russian Roulette. The taunt's goal isn't to kill you.

True, true. Perhaps a better alternative would be him wiping his hand across his brow? Slumping like that really doesn't seem the kind of thing the Spy would do, and it would be easier to put in without having to exaggerate it so much as to appear as clunky as the slump does.
