Okay, how are the extra crates calculated? I know golden crates count for 10 but I'm not sure how any of the other extra points are counted in this.

I figured out something : Place a camera in the result room (noclip obviously), and then you can see if everytime you destroy a crate, it increase or not.

Hunter flechettes glitch out the counting, so you have to destroy everything with regular weapons
