No. What i had to do was go into my workshop files (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content). In this folder there will be a folder namesd 304930. That is your unturned workshop files. In that there is a folder named 404400123. That is the SmileyLand map. Copy the contents of this folder (including the Map.meta to be safe) and move it into your unturned folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Unturned) into the file Maps just paste those files in there. That should work.
